Onboarding

We have developed a turnkey implementation and onboarding process.  Our ‘Quick Start Guide’ provides a high-level overview.  Our ‘Implementation Workbook’ ensures a smooth and successful onboarding.  We will develop a custom timeline based on your specific needs, taking into account membership, conference and other key dates.  Typical onboarding for a new client takes between 3 – 5 weeks.

Training

You will receive ‘live’ training (one-on-one and group sessions), knowledge documents containing instructions & learning videos, and special video series for new users.  You will not be limited to a certain number of training hours or charged for ‘additional training’.

Support

You will be assigned a friendly, responsive Customer Success Manager who will be your primary contact for all questions, training, issues, enhancements and more.
